Refund policy

Every Bar-Zel railing is custom fabricated to your exact measurements. Inspect your order on arrival and report any issue within 3 days of delivery to sales@barzelmetalworks.com or 848-986-6481, with photos of the piece and the packaging.

 

If it arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we repair, replace, or refund it in full at no cost to you. No return shipping charge, nothing deducted. That's our Built to Last promise.

 

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery on unused railings in their original condition. Because every panel is welded to your specific length, height, and finish and cannot be resold, approved returns are refunded at 70% of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the railing arriving back at our shop.
